Grimy neighborhood vibes

The stay was uncomfortable, with a lack of

safety and cleanliness. The neighborhood felt unsafe, and the room did not look like what was advertised. Customer service was unresponsive, which made the experience worse.

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, but I was really disappointed by the lack of hot water and the mold in the shower. I probably won’t choose this place again.

Lack of hot water for showers needs addressing!!! The cramped bathroom was uncomfortable, and the noise from nearby apartments made sleeping difficult. A lobby renovation should be completed to enhance the guest experience!!!

Great spot for a getaway with friends! Loved staying here. The nearby park had sports courts, perfect for basketball and soccer. Also enjoyed stocking up at Bass Pro Shop, right down the road. The restaurant and bar are super convenient. They offer awesome discounts for guests.

This summer, my stay was refreshing, surpassing my previous experiences in manteca. The room was spacious with a large king bed and plenty of amenities like a microwave and fridge. Everything felt clean and organized, and the prompt check-in made arriving a breeze.

Had a great time with my friends. The area is packed with things to do. We explored the sports park with basketball and soccer courts. It’s also close to the Promenade Shops and the local restaurants. The staff was friendly, and we got a great deal for a spacious room.

One issue I faced was the cleanliness of some areas in the common spaces, which seemed to need a bit more attention. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay overall.
